04/20 – The 39th Annual Salute to Women Banquet will be on Monday, April 25th at BenLee’s Café in Downtown Worthington. Social will begin at 530PM, with dinner at 6PM, and the program at 7PM with entertainment from Comedienne Pat Dennis. The cost is $22 person. Please RSVP to the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce at 372-2919 by Wednesday, April 20th.
04/23 – The Little Rock Fire & Rescue will be having a steak supper fundraiser on Saturday, April 23rd from 5PM until 7PM at the Fire Hall. The menu will include a Ribeye steak, baked potato, vegetable, dinner roll and a drink for $12 per plate. Proceeds from the supper will go towards the purchase of a new Jaws of Life. All are invited to attend.
04/30 – The Sherburn Lake Promenaders Square Dance Club will be Dancing on Saturday, April 30th at the Sherburn Elementary School. Rounds will begin at 7PM, with Squares at 7:30PM. Anyone interested is welcome.
06/26 – The Ocheydan Catfish Club will be hosting a Fishing Contest on Sunday, June 26th at the Sand Pit from 8AM until 11AM. No fishing license is required for ages 16 and under. Following the contest, the Annual Pork Feed will be served at the city park at 12:30PM, with kids prizes to follow.
